Each observation includes keccak256 of the canonical row (excluding PII). Auditors verify the hash matches source data — full audit trail.

Auditor Attestation
Harris & Trotter attaches EAS attestation UIDs after bank reconciliation. Corrections reset the attestation — HT must re-attest.
