Construction risk: habite-se may be delayed. Operational phase cash flows depend on habite-se being issued on schedule. During the delay, CDI-proxy yield continues.

STR demand risk: operational rent depends on Rio de Janeiro short-term-rental demand, which is seasonal and sensitive to macroeconomic and tourism factors.

Regulatory risk: CVM, BCB, or securities-law changes in Brazil or Reg S compliance-period changes in the U.S. could alter the offering's structure.

How long does the allocation take?
PIX: SALRIO tokens are usually delivered within 1 hour of your deposit clearing. ACH: 1-2 business days. International Wire: same-day if sent before 15:00 UTC.
What's the minimum allocation?
R$ 1,000 (or ~$200 USD equivalent). No maximum for primary.
Can U.S. persons buy SALRIO?
Not in the primary offering (Reg S Category 3). U.S. persons can only purchase on the secondary market (Uniswap V3) after the 12-month distribution compliance period ends.
How are dividends paid?
In BRLE (the BRL stablecoin on Base). Operator calls depositDividend() monthly. You call claim() from your wallet to pull your accrued BRLE — or any third-party can call claimFor(you).
Can I borrow against SALRIO?
Yes — deposit SALRIO as collateral on Morpho Blue and borrow USDC up to 62.5% LTV. Also tradeable on Uniswap V3 if you prefer instant liquidity.
Is there a lock-up?
No contract-level lock-up. However Reg S Category 3 imposes a 12-month "distribution compliance period" during which transfers outside the offshore community are restricted.
